I had a great time composing the Atlanta Virtual Store Tour. Not only did I get to meet three respectable convenience store operators and discuss retailing strategies, store designs and retail environments, but I got to experience firsthand their operations and meet the managers and store associates face to face -- an increasingly infrequent event in this digital age.
